Young Leader Award for James Lambert

James Lambert is the latest of our young Leaders to complete the training and practical elements of the Young Leader Scheme. In addition to being an Explorer Scout, James has been working regularly with the Leaders of Jupiter Pack for the past 18 months, taking responsibility for elements of the Programme.

The award was presented by Mandy Hawke who coordinates this scheme on Hayling and she praised James for all he had achieved.

Within our Group we have many Leaders who completed this award Scheme and as Mandy always remarks, these are the Leaders of the future.
