Beavers and Cubs get Certificate from Mayor

23 members of the Group attended a special event in Havant and received a certificate from the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Gerald Shimbart. The certificate is presented to those members of Havant District who gained their top awards as Beavers or Cubs ans is presented in front of an audience made up of Leaders, families and friends.
