Supporting Scouting on Hayling - Book Sale

3 times a year, during each School Half Term holiday, we hold a book sale from our HQ in Kings Road.
At each sale we have over 10,000 books on offer covering fiction (sorted alphabetically by author), non-fiction (sorted by category) and a huge range of children's books (sorted by suitable age range).
The typical structure for these sales is:-
- Saturday to Tuesday - sort the books and merge into our existing stock new donations.
- Wednesday to Friday (10:00 to 16:00) and Saturday (09:00 to 12:00) the sale takes place

Helping Scouting on Hayling - Book Sale
We have a simple ethos to helping Scouting on Hayling!
It is far better to have lots of help requiring small amounts of time rather than a small team having to give many hours
We are therefore always looking for additional help with our sales either during the sort phase, the selling days or simply by helpng us pack away at the end so the HQ is ready for the youth sections to restart their meetings from the Monday after half term.
