Thanks Badge for Marilyn Skennerton

Marilyn first became involved with Hayling Scouts when her son Karl joined as a Cub Scout. She was an active member of the group helping out at a number of events and continued to endorse our aims and objectives in her various capacities with the Lions Club of Hayling and Portsmouth including her time as president.
The "Thanks Badge" is a special award from Scouting to recognise those that play an important part in local Scouting and everyone involved with the 3rd Hayling was unanimous in their view that this was a richly deserved award for Marilyn.
