Wood Badge for Claire

Congratulations to Claire Ashley, a leader with Lion Troop on completing her Leader training and receiving the Wood Badge.
The "Wood Badge" consists of two wooden beads on a leather necklace and originated from the necklace of a Zulu Chieftan from whihc the first beads were taken by Baden Powell.
The badge was presented by Ian Stott the District Commissioner for Havant and the photograph shows Claire receiving the certificate which accompanies the badge.
