Medal of Merit for Dominic Howell

During our Annual Awards meeting, there was a great surprise for Dominic Howell, the leader of our Explorers. Dick Whittington the County Commissioner for Hampshire presented him with a certificate to mark 20 years of adult service and then read a citation describing much of the work Dominic performs on behalf of young people.
He then presented Dominic with the Medal of Merit in recognition of Outstanding services to Scouting.
All of those present were delighted to see Dominic receive this recognition.
