Silver Wolf presented to Ian Hawke

At the end of Annual Awards evening, Dick Whittington the County Commissioner for Hampshire presented Ian Hawke with the Silver Wolf which is the highest recognition an adult can gain in the movement and is presented for distinguished services to the movement.
The award was announced in the April St George's Day Awards but the formal presentation was planned to take place during this annual meeting.
On presenting the award, Dick thanked Ian for his excellent contribution to the lives of hundreds of young people over the years and congratulated him on this very special achievement.
