Top Award Holders receive Certificate from Mayor

Twice a year the Beavers and Cubs of Havant District are invited with their Leaders and Parents to a reception held in the Council Chambers.
Following a welcome from Ian Stott the District Commissioner for Scouting in Havant, each award holder was presented with a certificate by the Mayor of Havant, Cllr Jackie Branson.
Following the presentation, the Mayor thanked the Leaders for all they are doing to provide a fantastic range of activities for the young people in the borough of Havant and also the ongoing support of the parents.
Following the presentations everyone enjoyed a buffet and a chance to chat.
