Annual census shows further growth.

I have just completed our annual census and it is great to report a further growth in the number of young people wearing Scout Uniform each week.
The number of Beavers remains the same, there are now 13 more cubs than at this time last year which results from our being able to open the 3rd Cub Pack. The number of Scouts has increased by 5 and we now have 29 invested Explorers compared to 20 last year.
What is more important to the leaders is to look at how many new young people want to join Scouting and how many leave before the age of 18. We have seen a growth in those wanting to join and a reduction in those leaving.
This is a direct reflection on the great work put in by all of our leaders each week.
