Young Leader Belt for Zack

Congratulations to Explorer Scout Zack Allgood on being the first Hayling Scout to be awarded the Young Leader Belt. This award is available to those aged 14 to 18 who help regularly with one of the junior sections and complete 11 trainign modules.
Zack has been a regular helper with Redwood Beaver Colony for 2 years, has trained in First Aid, Child Protection and the other modules which consist of Leadership, Programme Planning, teamwork, helping others learn and similar skills.
The award was presented by Dominic Howell, Explorer Scout Leader.
