Sylvi Completes 5 Years

Congratulations to Sylvi Rigden on completing 5 years as the Leader of Aspen Colony. The photograph shows Sylvi receiving a certificate, signed by Peter Duncan the Chief Scout, from Ian Hawke in recognition of her 5 year service to Scouting.
