Lions Go on Expedition Camp

Four Scouts from Lion Troop recently completed a 2 day hike for their Expedition Challenge Award. To complete this award, Liam Holden, Sam Whiteland-Smith, Alistair Harris and Jake Whistlecraft planned a route in the New Forest, camping out overnight at the Hamshire Scout camp site at Fernycrofts and finishing at Beaulieu on day 2.
They had to carry all of their equipment, tentage and food throughout the hike and also undertook a photography project on wildlife in the Forest.
Well done on completing this award.
