A Harris Hawk in the HQ !

The leaders of Aspen colony took on more than expected when they ran an evening for the Hobbies Badge. The idea was for each Beaver to bring along their hobby, to discuss their interest and demonstrate a good knowledge of their subject. Normally this results in various collections arriving at the HQ.
On this particular occasion however one Beaver, Elliot Wells brought along a Harris Hawk, which has a 6 foot wingspan. Having answered many questions from the other Beavers, Elliot with his Dad then gave a flying display in the HQ. Although we are lucky ot have a good sized building a bird with a 6 foot wingspan takes up a lot of space so everyone else kept close ot the sides.
