How can I help
I have split Hayling Island up into 54 separate road groups. The cards will already be sorted by roads and in most cases you can walk around the roads to deliver. The number of roads in each group and the number of cards will vary, but each group can normally be delivered in under 2 hours.
You can pre-book your roads by one of the following ways:-

- via the Road List in the HQ reception
- Calling Ian Hawke
You cards will be ready for collection from the HQ on Sunday 18th December between 09:00 and 11:30 and although we would prefer they are delivered as quickly as possible, our commitment is to ensure they are delivered by Christmas Eve.
If you are unable to collect your cards on the Sunday please contact Ian Hawke to make alternative arrangements.
Profits will be used to subsidise activities at our Group fun day in 2012 and our transport fund.
