International Expeditions 2011
In 2011, the 5 Explorers and Scouts shown below will set off on special summer expeditions.
Michael Kenny, Matthew Kenny, Will Nelson (back row) and Jack Golden (bottom right) will join 40,000 others at the next World Scout Jamboree in Sweden, whilst Scott Hickman (bottom left) will be taking part in another International Scouting event in Denmark.
During the next 18 months they will each have to raise about £2000 of which about 25% is used to subsidise Scouts from the poorer countries of the world.
The group and their parents have already started planning events which include a family quiz, car washing, bag packing and a race night. Please look out for notification of these events on our website.
